Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria

Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
The following items cannot be returned: Gift cards, Discounted or Sale items (unless defective), Customized or personalized items.

Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our customer support at [email protected]. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s), and the reason for return.
Receive Return Confirmation: We will review your request and, if eligible, send you a return authorization along with return instructions.
Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the items, including all original packaging materials, and attach any labels as instructed.
Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take several business days to reflect on your statement.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 1% may apply for returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items are not eligible for return. This includes perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
